Sunday night in our household calls for a
round rectangular table family feast. Tonight we decided a hearty and flavour packed indian night was the way to go! Lexie and I went on a cooking rampage and whipped up 2 curries, paleo naan, rice and toasted peanuts and a lactose free raita to serve.
Our raita is a simple mix of lactose free natural yoghurt, chopped cucumber, mint and some lemon juice!
